“Ensemble” is the podcast for the large exhibition dedicated to Julie Mehretu in Venice, at Palazzo Grassi, Pinault Collection. It’s the story of an artist born in Ethiopia during the tumultuous Seventies and who later grew up in Ronald Reagan’s America in the Eighties. It tells the tale of the fractures and changes of our times by means of a powerful and graceful artistic language.
